Mario Dotta

Welcome to my webpage!

I am Mario Dotta, and I am a Lecturer and Researcher at the Sao Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-EAESP).  

I hold a Ph.D. in economics from the Sao Paulo School of Economics - FGV (Sao Paulo, Brazil). I also hold an academic master's degree in economics from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Campinas (Unicamp). During my studies, I also visited the University of Bristol (UK, undergrad.) and the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University (USA, Ph.D.).

My research is mostly focused on applied economics and econometrics topics, like environmental and agricultural economics, agribusiness, and climate change. I am also interested on macroeconomic topics, especially on behavioral macro.
